Things You Need to Know About Your Breaking Point

"Everyone has a breaking point, turning point, stress point, the game is permeated with it. The fans don't see it because we make it look so efficient. But internally, for a guy to be successful, you have to be like a clock spring, wound but not loose at the same time."
Dave Winfield Source: New York Times (July 18, 1982)

Breaking Point- The point at which physical, mental, or emotional strength gives way under stress.

Turning Point - The point at which a very significant change occurs; a decisive moment.

Stress Point - The weakest point (most vulnerable to damage) on the critical damage point.

What is your breaking, turning or stress point? Are you giving way physically, emotionally, or mentally? Are you at the point of significant change or feeling vulnerable at your critical damage point?
